Do I need custom development?
It depends on the work. If an existing product covers the process, configuring or integrating it may be enough. Custom development makes sense when your business rules, workflows or connections need a solution of their own.
Can we keep our current tools?
We first review what works and what is missing. Connecting tools depends on their interfaces, permissions, data and terms. That review helps determine what to keep, integrate or replace.
How are cost and timing determined?
They depend on scope, integrations, available content and dependencies. The proposal defines deliverables, stages and terms. When a requirement changes, we review its impact before adding it.
Will I be able to manage the content?
Yes, when editorial management is part of the project. We agree on what can be edited and who can publish it. Structural changes or new functionality are assessed separately from routine publishing.
What do I receive and what rights will I have?
The proposal and agreement define deliverables, access, documentation, and usage or ownership rights. They also identify third-party components and services. A subscription product and custom development may have different terms.
What happens after launch?
We agree on the support needed to operate the project: maintenance, an issue-reporting channel and possible improvements. Support scope and terms are documented; different projects need different arrangements.
