These terms describe use of the corporate website. Each project or product’s scope, pricing, and conditions are established in its specific agreement.
01Identity and scope
Startit Services LLC operates from Miami, Florida, United States. This document concerns startitservices.com and its public content. Use the website lawfully and respect third-party rights. If you do not wish to use it under these conditions, you may stop accessing it.
Browsing or sending a message does not create a development contract, subscription, or payment obligation. An engagement begins when the parties expressly accept a proposal or agreement identifying the parties, work, and conditions.
02Projects, products, and order of documents
A service proposal or agreement must specify deliverables, dependencies, schedule, revisions, acceptance criteria, support, hosting, backups, and any applicable service level. Scope changes require a documented agreement before execution. A demonstration or case study does not add features to another client’s agreement.
Our own applications and client systems require terms and notices adapted to their operation, users, and data. A “Developed by Startit Services” credit identifies technical involvement; it does not make Startit Services the operator of all those businesses or replace their agreements.
If documents conflict regarding a contracted service, the signed agreement takes priority, followed by product-specific terms accepted by the client. These general terms are incorporated into an agreement only when that agreement says so. Mandatory rights provided by law are preserved in all cases.
03Pricing, payment, and cancellation
Any published prices describe only the stated offer and do not replace a quotation. The proposal will establish currency, taxes, deposits, payment milestones, provider costs, and pricing validity. The contact form does not activate recurring charges.
Renewals, price-change notices, cancellations, refunds, and data return or deletion are governed by the accepted service terms and the law. Any suspension for nonpayment must follow the agreement and required notice. There is no presumed blanket “no refunds” policy or waiver of cancellation rights.
04Responsibilities and permitted use
- Provide accurate information and materials you have the right to use. The client must review and approve its business content and requirements specific to its regulated activities.
- Do not attempt to access administration without authorization, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or deliberately overload services.
- Do not use forms for unlawful messages, bulk advertising, or information obtained without authorization. Technical access for a project must be shared through an agreed channel, never a public form.
05Intellectual property and licenses
Original text, designs, code, and assets on this website belong to Startit Services or their respective rights holders. You may read content and share links. Reproducing, selling, or presenting protected material as your own requires authorization or an applicable legal exception. Client brands and projects are shown to identify the described work, without claiming ownership of them.
The client retains rights in materials it supplies. For a project, any assignment or license of custom development, when it becomes effective, and source-code delivery must be agreed in writing. Pre-existing components, reusable tools, open-source software, fonts, and third-party assets retain their own licenses.
06Integrations and third-party services
Connected services also depend on their providers’ availability, limits, and terms. Integration and maintenance responsibilities are defined in the agreement. An external link is not a guarantee of a third party’s quality, availability, or practices.
Before connecting a client system, access, permissions, shared information, and provider costs must be agreed. Licenses, changes, or interruptions of an external service may require documented scope adjustments.
07Confidentiality and client data
We limit use of information received through an inquiry to the purposes described in the privacy policy. Before sharing trade secrets, credentials, or sensitive project information, agree confidentiality terms and a secure channel with us.
A service agreement must define mutual confidentiality obligations, authorized access, data processing, subprocessors, incidents, and return or deletion at the end of the engagement. A data processing agreement will be established when needed. Third-party information must not be submitted without a valid basis.
08Availability, results, and liability
We aim to maintain accurate content and an accessible website, but errors, updates, or interruptions may occur. Articles provide general information: they are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice tailored to an individual situation.
We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic volume, sales, or other business results. Optimization and development depend on external factors and ongoing work. Warranties for a contracted service are those expressly agreed and those required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not assume indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable arising solely from browsing this website or external resources. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any obligation that cannot lawfully be limited. Any monetary cap or allocation of project risk must be expressly agreed in its contract.
09Applicable law, changes, and questions
These website terms are interpreted under Florida law, United States, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. This document does not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver. Jurisdiction and any dispute-resolution procedure for a service must be validly established in its agreement.
We may update these terms to reflect website changes. The date identifies the published version. A website update does not by itself amend an existing signed agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions retain effect to the extent legally possible. For clarification of any condition, email info@startitservices.com.
